The Butterfly Effect
Thursday, July 13, 2017, 07:00pm

You make a difference and everything you do matters. Small, seemingly inconsequential acts have power to change the world. From the work of MIT Professor Edward Lorenz and examples from Andy Andrew’s book of the same name comes stories of spontaneous acts that have had profound effects in history.  Translate that idea to historic preservation and trace the acts of a few individuals whose actions at a particular moment have saved some of our most treasured resources and made a difference for future generations.

Join Oakland County Preservation Architect, Ron Campbell, for this enlightening lecture.

Families are welcome and encouraged to attend. Register at the Adult Service Desk or call the library.
