Would you like to give Indian cooking a try?  Join us in welcoming Chef Raunaq Savur, for this cooking demonstration on Indian cooking.  This class will focus on various spices that are used in Indian cooking; Where to get them(locally); Spice bought and homemade...; How to store them; How to get the best use of them.

Chef Savur will demonstrate how to cook a basic meal in all Indian households... Lentil Stew and Rice. Participants will learn how to prep the dish and how the proper use of spices benefits the final product.

Participants will also receive spice packets to take home, a copy of the recipe and a shopping list that can be used at local stores.
