DESCRIPTION:Wednesday\, June 17 - Friday\, July 31\n\nGrades 5 through 12\n
 \nSubmit an original photo for a chance to win a gift card. Be sure to get
  creative and have fun!  Submit up to one photo in three different catego
 ries:\n\n 	Animals\n 	Summer\n 	America the Beautiful\n\nRULES &amp\; DETA
 ILS:\n\nParticipants must be entering grades 5 through 12 in the fall of 2
 026.\nAll entries must be participant’s own\, original photographs.\nPho
 tos may be manipulated for artistic purposes.\nEntries will be judged in t
 hree categories:  Michigan\, Summer\, and Animals.\nParticipants may subm
 it up to one photo in each of the three categories.\nAll categories are op
 en for interpretation.\nComposition\, originality\, and technique will be 
 considered in judging.\n\nDeadline for all entries is Friday\, July 31\, 2
 026.\nTwo winners will be chosen in each of the three categories by librar
 y staff.\nWinners will be announced by Monday\, August 17\, 2026.\nPhoto e
 ntries will be posted in the Library’s Teen Zone and on the Library’s 
 website.\n\nAll entries must be emailed to the Teen/Tween Librarian at mh
 all@dexter.lib.mi.us and must include the following:\n\n 	 Participant’
 s First and Last Name\n 	 Grade entering this fall of 2026\n\n 	 Categor
 y for Each Photo Submission\n
