The only thing better than a glass of bubbly is a cocktail made with bubbly! Sparkling wine doesn’t need to be reserved for a special occasion – opening a bottle makes the occasion special all on its own. But since New Year’s Eve is just around the corner, it’s an especially perfect time to mix up some sparkling wine cocktails.
Join us for a class full of bubbles, featuring a variety of types and styles of drinks! This is a slideshow presentation with a live demo of two handcrafted drinks. Recipes will be emailed prior to the program. Attendees are welcome to mix along with presenter, Tammy Coxen or just take notes and enjoy the presentation.
About the Presenter:
Tammy Coxen is the Owner and Chief Tasting Officer of Tammy’s Tastings. She has been teaching cocktail classes for over 10 years, including over 600 online classes. She is the co-author of “Cheers to Michigan”, co-host of a regular cocktail segment on Michigan Radio and writes a monthly column for Hour Detroit magazine.
