Tempeh is a traditional Indonesian food made from fermented soybeans. Tempeh’s fermentation process and its retention of the whole soy bean gives it a higher content of protein, dietary fiber and vitamins. It has a firm texture and an earthy flavor. Join us to learn more about this amazing plant-based protein. This presentation will include background information on tempeh, the health benefits and instruction on cooking tempeh.

About the presenter:

Peisy Sulimin is passionate about tempeh and wants to share the benefits of adding tempeh to your diet. From delicious recipes of homemade tempeh to insightful tips, Peisy shares her knowledge of this nutritious plant-based protein.
