Introduction to Parkour with Phoenix Freerunning Academy

Registration begins Tuesday, June 23.
Phoenix Freerunning Academy pros will teach all aspects of movement, specializing in parkour and freerunning. Learn how to jump, roll, balance, vault, and more during this fun, action-filled workshop. Phoenix Freerunning Academy is Michigan’s first gym devoted to parkour.
