Greek cooking is based on traditional ingredients such as seasonal vegetables, meats, fish, olive oil and grains which are staples for creating authentic Greek meals. Join Mary Spencer for this virtual cooking demonstration from her kitchen. Mary will be making Greek Meatballs & Potatoes in Lemon Sauce and Tzatziki chickpea salad. There will be plenty of time to ask Mary questions about Greek cooking. Recipes will be emailed to those attending the program.
About the presenter:
Mary Spencer has been a culinary instructor for over 20 years. She learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from acclaimed chefs including Jacques Papin, Milos Cihelka, Giulliano Bugialli and Nicholas Malgieri.
