Thinking about purchasing an Instant Pot or already own one and looking for some new cooking ideas? Mary Spencer will discuss the different types of Instant Pots on the market, share some cooking techniques, let you sample some Instant Pot dishes and answer your questions.
About the presenter:
Mary Spencer has been a culinary instructor for over 20 years. She learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from acclaimed chefs including Jacques Papin, Milos Cihelka, Giulliano Bugialli and Nicholas Malgieri. She is owner of Taste: A Cook’s Place, LLC, a Northville Michigan cooking school and cook’s resource center. Her website is www.tasteacooksplace.net
