Join Lindsay-Jean Hard, of Zingerman’s Bakehouse, as she discusses her book, “Cooking with Scraps: Turn Your Peels, Cores, Rinds and Stems into Delicious Meals” This 1-hour presentation will demonstrate the savings when you cook with scraps.  There will be plenty of time for Q & A at the end and books will be available for purchase for those interested.
