You are invited to the upcoming Friends of the Dexter Library Annual Meeting on Tuesday December 10th. We would love to see our wonderful volunteers and Friends of the Dexter Library members attend and celebrate another successful year with us. We will have treats and beverages!

We are looking for nominations for open Board positions.

We are always looking for Friends who have interest in the board.  We have open positions every year.  If you are curious about our board and our positions, come to our annual meeting and see what we are about.

A brief itinerary of our 7:00 p.m Annual Meeting:
Review of our open positions and their descriptions.
Nominations for our open positions.
Those present at the meeting vote for the open board position nominees.
The current board members present appoint any vacant chair positions from the nominees.
Presentation of the Volunteer of the Year.
Review of what we accomplished this year.
Projects for the upcoming year.

Last but not least, our annual December Book Sale is filled with fantastic ‘like new’ books. Make sure you stop by for our Preview Sale on Friday December 6 from 7:00-8:30. This sale is open only to the members of the Friends of the Dexter Library. You get first dibs as our way of saying thanks for all your support throughout the year.  If you cannot make it to the preview sale, the regular sale is on Saturday December 7th from 9:00-3:00 as usual.
