Handmade cards can brighten anyone’s day. Join us for this monthly card making series where you will create 3 beautiful handmade cards. In March we welcome in Spring and celebrate St. Patrick’s Day. Get in touch with your inner Irish and make a St. Patrick’s Day card for someone special in your life and/or a birthday card for your favorite Spring birthday person. You will have the opportunity to make 3 cards. All materials will be supplied.
Other card making classes in the series are: April 1, May 6 and June 3. All morning classes will start at 10:00am.
If you prefer an evening card workshop this program will be repeated on March 10, at 7:00pm. Other evening card making classes will be held on April 5, May 4 and June 7. All evening classes will begin at 7:00pm. ) Please do not register for the morning & evening class in the same month. Choose 1 class. Class sizes are limited and we would like to give as many patrons the opportunity to attend as possible.
This program will be held in the Library’s lower level meeting room. Registration is required. Registration will be limited to 25 adults (18+). Register below or call the Library at 734-426-4477 (ext. 120).
Due to the persistence of the COVID-19 virus and the advent of the omicron variant, all attendees at in person programs, who can medically tolerate a face covering, will be required to wear face coverings
During the Spring of 2022, the Dexter District Library will require registration for all indoor, in-person programs. Registrants will need to register all members of their party. During this time, only pre-registered attendees will be seated. To provide for adequate social distancing, the Library will need to limit the number of in-person attendees at each program. Past attendance patterns for in-person events would frequently exceed current COVID-19 capacity limits. Walk-ins cannot be accommodated. The Library will continue to monitor COVID-19 conditions and the Library Board will review these requirements on a monthly basis.
