Back by popular demand, Paul Demick will perform classic holiday music on his Marimba.
The marimba is an instrument that resembles a xylophone. The bars on a xylophone are all the same size and are denser, giving off a sharper, more definite tone. The marimba’s bars vary in length and are a bit softer, providing a warmer tone.
Having studied the lives of composers, Paul’s performances weave together music and stories about the songs and composers that he is honoring. This special Holiday performance will include classic holiday carols and the stories behind them.
This performance will be 1-hour and will include time at the end for Q & A about this beautiful instrument. All are welcome to attend.
