Grilling is so popular that some people grill all four seasons. Join Mary Spencer as she grills from her backyard. Learn techniques for grilling on charcoal, gas & wood. Mary will advise on the best seasonings, rubs and marinades for grilling and share a couple of her favorite grilling recipes. There will be plenty of time for questions during and after the program.
About the presenter:
Mary Spencer has been a culinary instructor for over 20 years. She learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from acclaimed chefs including Jacques Papin, Milos Cihelka, Giulliano Bugialli and Nicholas Malgieri. She is owner of Taste: A Cook’s Place, LLC, a Northville Michigan cooking school and cook’s resource center. Her website is www.tasteacooksplace.net
