Join Charles Nielsen from the University Lowbrow Astronomers for this presentation on how our eyes work, how telescopes work, and how our eyes and telescopes work together. Learn about the three types of telescopes used by amateur astronomers and astronomy that can be done without a telescope or is better without a telescope. This presentation will utilize pictures, charts, drawings, lenses, mirrors, lasers, and some trickery.

The University Lowbrow Astronomers are an amateur astronomy club based in Ann Arbor, Michigan. Families are welcome to attend.
