Join us for this New Orleans cooking demonstration from Mary’s kitchen. Mary will make Hot Crawfish Dip, Trout Almandine and Bananas Foster. Recipes will be provided.

About the presenter:

Mary Spencer has been a culinary instructor for over 20 years. She learned to cook from attending cooking seminars from acclaimed chefs including Jacques Papin, Milos Cihelka, Giulliano Bugialli and Nicholas Malgieri.  She is owner of Taste: A Cook’s Place, LLC, a Northville Michigan cooking school and cook’s resource center.  Her website is www.tasteacooksplace.net
