Time: 7:00 pm - 8:00 pm

Truth in writing is a tricky thing. How much of themselves does an author need to show? How much truth is necessary to build authenticity? Is experience essential to tell a story, or can an author rely on their imagination? Explore these questions and more with Michelle Tuplin (MA in Creative Writing) from Chelsea’s Serendipity Books. This is a two-part workshop, appropriate for nonfiction and fiction writers alike (or even if you are just considering where to begin). Part 1 will be a presentation and discussion. For Part II writers will submit a short writing sample and Michelle Tuplin will select a few samples to critique as well as give general writing pointers.

Register for either of these 2-part sessions: Session A  (Tuesdays, 7:00 p.m.) OR  Session B (Thursdays, 7:00 p.m.)
